This food blog was born from my journey of living with Celiac disease. After my diagnosis five years ago, I truly grieved my former relationship with food. I thought I’d never enjoy eating again.
My Gluten-Free Journey
In the beginning, I tried to recreate my favorite recipes with gluten-free substitutes, but I failed over and over again. For a long time, my meals consisted only of meat and vegetables, as I struggled to imagine a delicious gluten-free world.
Then, everything changed during Covid. Quarantined like the rest of the world, I had time to experiment in the kitchen. I dove into books about gluten-free cooking, studied ingredient substitutes, and started testing recipes on my family. Many were epic fails, but I didn’t give up. I kept tweaking and perfecting each dish until they were truly amazing.
Fast Forward to Today
Now, I’ve curated an incredible collection of gluten-free recipes that my whole family loves—sometimes even preferring them over the original versions!
